The newest SmartPlugR and SmartPlugR(IS) include a larger, more ergonomic PTT button designed for improved button presses and feel.  Also a new detachable ear-piece assembly allows workers who share the base unit not to have to share the ear-pieces. A great feature for those of us who work shifts.

The new SM1P elevates Sensear’s portfolio of smart headsets by providing new features and benefits to improve safety, reliability, and productivity.  This new industrial headset offers a robust design adhering to higher noise reduction standards of up to 27dB NRR when measured in accordance with ANSI S3.19 -1974 (up to 33dB SNR, when measured in accordance with EN352-1 and EN352-3; 31dB, class 5, when measured in accordance with AS/NZS 1270:2002).   The SM1P will replace the SM1xSR (blue headset) in Sensear's portfolio and Smart Group offering.

Sensear has announced the arrival of the SM1R, an industrial headset built specifically to enhance two-way radio communication in high-noise environments.  The headset is unique from the rest of Sensear’s portfolio iin that it contains no battery and instead is powered by the radio, making the unit lighter and more comfortable for the user. 

Similar to the rest of Sensear’s portfolio, the headset pairs Sensear’s patented SENS® technology and a noise-cancelling boom mic to allow users in high-noise environments to communicate either via face-to-face or two-way radios while maintaining 360° audible awareness of their surroundings and protecting their hearing.   The SM1R will be compatible with many of the most popular radios in the marketplace today from manufacturers such as Motorola, Kenwood, Harris, Hytera, ICOM, Vertex, and Tait.  This is the 1st product Sensear builds specifically for the two-way radio market, using the battery of the radio to power the unit.

January 26th, 2016: Miramar, Florida:

Sensear has announced the opening of a new office in South Florida.  The office location at 3350 SW 148th Ave in Miramar, Florida will act as the sales and marketing headquarters for Sensear and the main support hub for the Americas and Europe.   In conjunction with the move, Sensear has hired Janine Rives as their Director of Sales Support.

Sensear hopes to leverage the new office as well as her experience in over 20 years of managing channel support in the radio and electronics industry in an effort to provide increased support to the American and European markets.  Rives has had deep involvement in sales, marketing, and service activities, first as a Senior Account Manager at (STACI, Inc.) Sasha Technologies and Circuits International and then in her most recent position managing inside sales support for a greater part of the US and Latin America at Hytera America.
