With over 25 years of experience in business development, Valérie Lemée has built a consistent career path around a common thread: creating lasting customer relationships, transforming complex markets, and supporting internal teams and distribution partners in the development and success of their commercial initiatives. Based in Paris, at the heart of the European and English-speaking market, she brings a strategic local presence to support Sensear's expansion in Europe.

She has developed recognized expertise in the most demanding industrial and technical environments: aeronautics, rail, construction, nuclear, petrochemicals, oil and gas, as well as military environments where communication and operational safety are critical. Half of her career has been devoted to supporting major industrial players at national and European level, and the other half to developing and monitoring projects involving advanced technological solutions for professional and military use.

This dual expertise gives her an in-depth understanding of operational needs, security constraints, and system integration challenges for end users. Valérie has distinguished herself through her leadership based on collaboration, operational coordination, and the ability to rally teams around common goals. She brings a solid strategic vision to the projects she supports.
