Sensear, a global leader in developing and manufacturing Smart Digital Headsets and Earplugs for high-noise communication, is excited to announce the appointment of Amanda Miller as CEO and Marek Cieslakiewicz as CFO. These announcements are the result of Sensear’s continued focus on global expansion and innovation. As CEO, Miller will be responsible for global business operations with a focus on delivering value to our employees, customers, and strategic partners.   Miller’s focus will be on expanding our global partners and driving accelerated adoption of the patented SENS® Technology across Sensear’s broad range of market applications and will be dedicated to building Sensear’s organizational skill sets with superior talent. “Today’s announcement is a great honor. I am looking forward to working with our Board of Directors, employees, and clients to build upon the solid foundation and technology advancement that has been established at Sensear,” says Miller.

Miller received her Chemical Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Prior to joining Sensear, Miller started her career at DuPont as an R&D Engineer before taking on several leadership roles spanning the last 15 years with leading healthcare technology companies such as Medela, Ossur, and Halo Innovations. She brings a broad range of skill sets, including a track record of accelerated growth through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation. Miller’s experience with global markets and advanced technologies will position Sensear to continue to expand its market presence while delivering value and a strong commitment to innovation for our clients. She will be based at Sensear’s U.S. sales headquarters in Carpentersville, IL.

Cieslakiewicz brings a compelling blend of financial discipline, leadership, and well-honed operating skills. Before joining Sensear, Mr. Cieslakiewicz held leadership positions at Refuel Australia and RSM. He will be a strong leader and partner as Sensear executes our long-term vision of growth, profitability, and value creation. As CFO, Mr. Cieslakiewicz will be responsible for Sensear’s global finance operations and activities including accounting, controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, treasury, and human resources. Sensear is excited about the discipline that Mr. Cieslakiewicz will bring to the organization as Sensear looks forward to an expanded global presence. Cieslakiewicz will report to Miller and remain at the Global Headquarters in Perth, Australia.
