Sensear, a global leader in developing and manufacturing Smart Digital Headsets and Earplugs for high-noise communication, is excited to announce the appointment of Eric Sanchez as the Technical Support and Product Manager, and Matthew Dowsett as our new Software Engineer. These announcements are the result of Sensear’s continued focus on global expansion and innovation. 

Eric Sanchez

Eric brings a well-established background in the hearing protection industry, working with products that range from earplugs to research devices meant to study hearing loss. The time he spent at Etymotic Research built a strong foundation for his knowledge of hearing protection. Additionally, Eric has substantial experience with RF systems from his time working at Shure, specifically in the UHF and VHF frequency ranges. With these foundations in place, Eric will bring valued expertise to Sensear. He will be based at Sensear’s U.S. sales headquarters in Carpentersville, IL. 

Matthew Dosset

Matthew holds 15 years of embedded systems experience, particularly in C and C++ software development. He has worked for both multinational and niche vendors in the automotive, mining, and aerospace industries. With his passion for consumer electronics, he is well-positioned to bring valuable growth to Sensear’s high-quality products. He will be based at Sensear’s Australian headquarters in Perth, WA.
