Bob Denby
Bob has more than 25 years experience in the maintenance, repair, operating and safety industries in Australia and New Zealand. He has held general management positions in Australia and New Zealand in the industrial, safety and hardware operations of the Howard Smith and Wesfarmers group of companies.
Bob was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Blackwoods in August 2000 and Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety in August 2001. During that time he was Director of a number of Howard Smith and Wesfarmers Group subsidiaries and related companies. In December 2005 he retired as Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety and formed IND Concepts Pty Ltd, a specialist industrial distribution consulting business.

Justin Miller
Justin has developed a thorough knowledge of the Australian technology marketplace during the past 20 years. He has successfully founded and managed the aggressive and profitable growth of technology companies, including strategic acquisitions, capital raisings, multi-million dollar sales deals and significant staff growth.
Justin was a Founder and Managing Director of Empired Limited which, under his direction, grew in to a multimillion dollar revenue business and was recognised as Western Australia's fastest growing private enterprise and more significantly, Australia's 10th fastest.
Justin is a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Watershed Corporate, a business that provides commercialisation consultancy to start-ups and small to medium enterprises. He was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2003 and 2004, and was also a winner of the 2004 WA Business News 40 under 40 Award.
Justin is also an elected member of the board of the Branch Executive of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). The AIIA is the peak body of the Australian Information & Communications Technology (AICT) industry.

Charles Morgan
Charles is a resources and technology strategist and investor who has successfully identified and invested in emerging international opportunities in resources, technology and biotechnology.
His particular strengths include identifying commercial opportunities and adding value for the benefit of shareholders. In the past ten years, Mr Morgan has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of projects across a range of sectors. He is a Director of a number a companies, both listed and unlisted, and a major investor in mining and resources, technology and biotechnology.

Harry Karelis
Harry Karelis is the founder and Managing Director of Titan BioVentures Management Pty Ltd. Titan is the investment manager of BioTech Capital Ltd (one of the largest life-science focused private equity funds in Australia) and Harry was instrumental in the establishment and ongoing management of this company. BioTech Capital is considered a leading life sciences fund in Australia. Harry has led investments in drug discovery, regenerative medicine, medical devices and several other technology platform areas.
Harry graduated from The University of Western Australia with Bachelors and Honours in Science majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in the United States.
Prior to establishing BioTech Capital Harry worked in the financial services industry with roles in financial analysis and funds management both in Australia and overseas.
He has diversified experience in the financial services sector including fundamental analysis, funds management and private equity investing. He has also been a successful angel investor in several biotechnology companies and sits on the boards of several private and public life-science companies.

Peter Hammond
With over 13 years’ experience in financial management, venture capital and corporate finance, Peter has advised biotechnology, financial services, manufacturing, consumer services and technology companies in Australia and USA. Peter has assisted companies through a wide range of growth paths and transitions, including early stage financing, the bringing of new products to global markets to large-scale mergers.
As a Co-founder and Principal of Exto Partners, Peter assists clients with capital raising, strategic business planning and development, financial and operational management, and corporate governance. Peter an experienced company director. Peter returned from seven years in New York to establish Exto Partners. While in New York, Peter was a senior manager with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) advising top-tier clients across global capital markets on risk management, customer relationship management, product pricing, business process re-engineering and large scale merger integration.
Peter first developed his financial management skills and obtained his registration as a chartered accountant with KPMG in Sydney. During his tenure with KPMG, he provided technical financial advisory services to a variety of Australian and international firms. His services included financial due diligence, valuation assessment, financial control process reviews and business process re-engineering. Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Professional Year has a BBus. from the University of Technology Sydney.
