How long do I have to apply my discount to a purchase?

Discounts can be applied to purchases made between July 1st, 2023 and June 30th, 2024.

How do I ship in my trade-in and receive a new headset?

After a qualifying trade-in is made, you must register the transaction on our website at www.sensear.com/support/headset-registration. Once registered, you can send in your headset to the following address:

Once you have registered your headset, a Sensear sales representative will send a discounted quote. Trade-in headset must be received by Sensear before the discount can be applied and an order can be processed.

What are the minimum and maximum of trade-in submissions?

The order minimum for this program is 10 units. The maximum number of trade-in submissions for one end-user customer is 100 units.
